We install it.
We keep it running.
A water filtration system is only as good as the installation and the maintenance behind it. We handle both, and we don't disappear after the sale.
Free water testing, professional installation, annual service plans, and filter replacement — all from the same team.
Professional Installation
We handle the installation ourselves — no subcontractors. That means the person putting your system in is the same person who knows how it works and can answer questions about it.
Most under-sink installations take two to three hours and don't require any significant plumbing modifications. Whole-home systems typically take a half day and are installed at the main water line where it enters the house. We clean up, test the system before we leave, and walk you through how to operate it.
Get in touchWhat's included
- Site visit and plumbing assessment beforehand
- All hardware and fittings included
- System testing and commissioning on-site
- Walkthrough of operation and maintenance
- Documentation of what was installed and filter change schedule
Annual Service Plans
Filters don't last forever. The membranes and carbon stages in your system have a lifespan, and if you ignore them long enough the system stops working as well or stops working entirely. We've seen plenty of systems that sat for years without service and ended up doing more harm than good.
Our annual service plan takes care of it for you. We track your system, reach out when service is due, and send someone out to replace what needs replacing. You don't have to remember anything or source parts yourself.
Get in touchWhat's included
- Annual scheduled service visit
- Replacement of sediment, carbon, and post-filters
- Membrane inspection and replacement when needed
- System performance check and pressure testing
- Water quality check before and after service
- Priority scheduling for any issues that come up between visits
Filter Replacement
Generic filters from hardware stores are cheap for a reason. We use quality replacement cartridges that match your specific system and are rated for what they claim to remove.
If you'd rather handle filter changes yourself, we can show you how and supply the right parts. If you'd rather just have us take care of it on a schedule, that works too. Either way, we make sure you're using the correct replacements — using the wrong filter in an RO system is a surprisingly common issue that quietly degrades your water quality.
Get in touchWhat's included
- Sediment pre-filters (typically every 6–12 months)
- Carbon block filters (typically every 12 months)
- RO membrane replacement (typically every 2–3 years)
- Post/polishing filters (typically every 12 months)
- UF membrane service (typically every 12–24 months)
Water Testing
Before we recommend any system, we want to see your water test results. It sounds obvious but a lot of people end up with systems that don't actually address their specific water quality issues.
We offer basic on-site testing for the most common parameters — TDS, pH, hardness, chlorine, and turbidity. For well water or situations where you need a more comprehensive picture, we work with certified labs and can walk you through the mail-in process. Once we have the results, we go over them with you in plain language and explain what, if anything, actually needs addressing.
Get in touchWhat's included
- On-site basic water quality testing (free)
- Comprehensive lab testing for well water or specific concerns
- Results review and plain-language explanation
- System recommendation based on actual findings — not assumptions
- Follow-up testing after installation to verify performance
We're not a big box store. We're specialists.
When you call us, you're talking to someone who installs and services these systems every day. Not a call center, not a generalist plumber who happens to install filters on the side.
We stock the replacement parts for the systems we install. We know the failure modes, the maintenance schedules, and what to look for when something isn't performing right.
It's a small thing, but it matters when your filter is due for service and you need someone who actually knows what they're doing.
Talk to usThings people usually ask.
How long does a typical installation take?
Under-sink RO systems usually take two to three hours. Whole-home systems take closer to a half day. We'll give you a more specific estimate when we know the details of your setup.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Yes — we'll need access to your plumbing and we'll want to walk you through the system before we leave. Most customers find it useful to be around.
How often do filters actually need replacing?
Sediment and carbon pre-filters usually every six to twelve months, depending on your water quality and usage. RO membranes typically last two to three years. We'll track it for you if you're on a service plan.
What if something stops working after installation?
Call us. We stand behind our work and the products we install. If it's an installation issue, we'll fix it. If it's a manufacturer defect, we'll handle the warranty process.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Sometimes, yes. It depends on the system and its condition. Give us a call and describe what you have — we'll let you know honestly whether we can help.
How do I know if my current filter system is still working?
A TDS meter is the quick answer for an RO system — if your filtered water TDS is approaching your tap water TDS, something needs attention. We can also do a full performance check if you're not sure.
